Chevening scholars joined us at the British Council premises for a pre-departure briefing.

The purpose of the briefing is to provide the scholars with vital information about their future life in the UK and their studies there. The briefing also brings them into contact with the British Council and our colleagues, as well as their fellow scholars. It is an occasion at which we would like to let the scholars know the British Council is committed to giving them high level of support, both in Hong Kong and while they are living and studying in the UK.

During the programme, useful tips on travelling to and living in the UK were shared with the scholars.  Apart from receiving information, the scholars had fun playing several ice-breaking games. With the keen participation of the scholars, the briefing turned out to be both useful and entertaining.
