Dreams and Teams aims to develop the leadership skills of young people through sport to cultivate global citizenship. It is centred around a series of training courses that equips young people with leadership skills which tap into their potential of fully leading and taking ownership of an event.

In the meantime school partnerships are created and sustained to benefit generations of young people.

This project also provides a unique professional development opportunity for teachers to gain a true understanding of student-centred learning.

Young Leaders will run ‘D+T’ clubs in local communities which will create a long lasting impact for community cohesion.
