To be eligible for a scholarship, applicants must fulfil the following criteria:
- Be permanent residents of Hong Kong
- Not be working or studying in the UK during the application and selection period
- Have applied for the course(s) at the awarding institution(s), and be able to provide acknowledgment of their application
- Applicants should have special talents and interests that make them suitable scholar candidates, and be able to fulfil the institution’s entry requirements, including the level of English and any other criteria they may set for these awards
- Applicants must not apply to the same institutions that they have already applied to in the first round of the British Council 60th Anniversary Scholarships scheme.
Applicants may apply to more than one participating institution.
