Whether you're a scientist or aspiring to be one, you can explore the very latest and best in UK science here in Hong Kong.  Our work in science aims to foster partnerships between individuals and institutions in the UK and Hong Kong to share the benefits of science and create a wider public awareness of science and technology.

Science Alive
Sponsored by the Croucher Foundation and jointly organised by the British Council Hong Kong, Hong Kong Science Museum and the Education Bureau.  The aim of the Science Alive programme is to promote and share creative approaches in science education, both in learning and teaching.

 Climate Cool
Climate Cool, co-organised by the British Council, the Education Bureau and UniServity, is a multilateral project using cutting edge IT in education technology to engage students from Hong Kong and those across the world to learn more about the impact of climate change on their world and explore realistic solutions together. Teachers can also build their own networks, develop lesson plans and share best practices with their peers in the dedicated teachers' zone.

INTERNATIONAL NETWORKING FOR YOUNG SCIENTISTS
An educational programme bringing young HK and UK scientists together to facilitate the exchange of ideas and expertise on policy issues of sustainable built environment research.

 ZEROCARBONCITY
A British Council global campaign around climate change and the environmental impact of city living and urban industry.  With the aim of raising awareness of climate change and the energy challenges the world's cities face, a series of themed events and educational activities are touring over 60 countries world wide from 2005 to 2006.
