This Youth Action Against Climate Change Environmental Fair gives secondary students a chance to share their environmental projects with others and to give schools practical ideas for green initiatives they can put into action immediately.
In the afternoon, a series of performances demonstrate to students some fun, innovative and creative ways to promote their green message to the whole school community. The action planning workshop at the end of the day aims to guide students and teachers in putting their ideas into practice.
Throughout the day learning is captured and demonstrated on the Climate Cool on-line platform, and activities are held to share Hong Kong and UK experiences related to climate change. Participants can also learn about the important work being done towards a low carbon future by commercial and non-government organisations in Hong Kong.
