Please note that we cannot give refunds unless you have bought a course book for a course which is subsequently cancelled. In the event of a course being cancelled you can obtain a full refund by returning the book to the British Council shop within fourteen days of the start of term. Please note, you must have confirmation of cancellation plus the original receipt in order to obtain a refund. The book must also be unmarked and in an undamaged condition.
In the case of missing pages or printing errors in the book, we will be happy to exchange it upon production of the original receipt.
