Not got a reply?
We deal with a high volume of complex enquiries and our corporate standard is to answer 80% of emails within 3 working days. If you've not received a reply it may be that your email has been incorrectly blocked by our filtering system but it might also just be that it's taking some time to answer.
If you've not received a reply after 5 working days then please forward your original email to noresponse@britishcouncil.org
If you don't have your original email then please give the date you sent it and the subject instead. Please also state the email address you sent it to.
Received a report saying your email couldn't be delivered?
If you've received a report then please forward the report to noresponse@britishcouncil.org and we will find out what the problem is.
What happens next
You will receive an acknowledgement to your email shortly after sending. If you don't receive this please check you've used the correct email address and subject. If you have then you'll need to call us.
Once we've received your email we'll investigate what has happened, fix any technical problems or find an alternative way of dealing with your enquiry.
