Don’t miss the thought-provoking talk Shaping cultural policy in a time of crisis organised by the Onassis Cultural Centre with our support as part of their Talks & Thoughts programme.
The talk will explore the need to formulate a modern cultural policy informed by the dialogue between state bodies, public institutions, private organisations and representatives of civil society.
The global financial crisis has brought about a number of changes in all areas of human activity and accelerated the reform process. For the cultural sector and those who are active in it, the need to draw up a new cultural development plan which addresses social as well as economic issues has become ever more pressing in order to understand the crisis and find a way out of it.
