EQUAL OPPORTUNITIES AND DIVERSITY CONFERENCE

We invite you to join us at a conference we are organising in collaboration with the Ministry of Citizen Protection and supported by CEDEFOP (European Centre for the Development of the Vocational Training) which aims to raise awareness of Equal Opportunities and Diversity issues in the workplace.

Equal opportunity and diversity experts from Greece and the UK, including representatives from the Equality and Human Rights Commission in the UK and the Greek Ombudsman’s Office along with other international guest speakers, are taking part in the conference and will share their knowledge, experience and examples of best practice, with particular emphasis on the public sector.

In line with our global Equal Opportunities and Diversity Strategy, we are organising the conference as part of our effort to share our knowledge and practices with partnering authorities and organisations in Greece in a mutually beneficial way and to influence positive change in the area of equality and diversity in the two countries.

The conference is aimed at state and local officials, equal opportunity and diversity experts as well as the wider public.
