WIZARDS OF SCIENCE - 2ND SCIENTIFIC EXPERIMENT CONTEST
The scientific experiments are aimed at children and young people, and demonstrate scientific phenomena in an enjoyable and easily understandable way. We invite scientists to take part in the contest by proposing an innovative scientific experiment.

Participants in the Scientific Experiment Contest will learn about science via play, experience and experiments under the guidance of scientists and teachers. Prizes will be awarded to the three best participants.

TEACHER TRAINING SEMINAR: EXCITING AND EFFECTIVE SCIENCE ACTIVITIES FOR STUDENTS AGED 13-16
Madeleine Walton, science teacher and advisor at the Stanley Education Centre in the UK, will give a teacher training seminar on techniques for teaching science in primary and secondary schools.

The seminar will be in English with simultaneous translation into Greek.

Participants will receive a certificate of attendance.

PARALLEL EVENT – THE SCIENCE OF LOVE
A theatrical performance on the themes of love, feelings, attraction, symmetry and beauty. The Science of Love is suitable for all ages and promises to provide all the answers to your questions about human relationships, the magic of true love and the seemingly 'supernatural powers' of people in love in an highly original and entertaining way!
