Gaming Contest – Playing the games of tomorrow! In the framework of this year's Gaming Forum, we're joining forces with the Athens Information Technology (AIT) and are proud to announce a Gaming Contest with prizes for the best Game Prototypes and Game Ideas. Hellas online and Intralot are the main sponsors of the event, with the kind support of the Hellenic American Commercial Chamber of Commerce, the IEEE Student Branch of the University of Patras and Athens Plaython. The objective of Gaming Forum 2012 is to show that gaming is an important pillar of research and development in Greece, bringing into contact everyone who is involved in the electronic games world, facilitating in parallel the development of entrepreneurial activity. The Gaming Forum fosters the creation of an 'ecosystem' which will facilitate business activity around all kinds of electronic games: educational, recreational, entrepreneurial, social, etc. Gaming Forum 2012 consists of the Gaming Convention and the Gaming Contest. The aim of the Gaming Contest is to bring game lovers and game designers together to help create innovative and original games.
