The eleven finalists chosen at the qualifying rounds that took place in Athens and Thessaloniki, equipped with new presentation and science communication skills gained at a two-day Masterclass, will make a presentation of up to five minutes on a contemporary science topic and prove ... that science is truly magic!

The competition is taking place over 10 countries around the world and the winner of each country final will win an all-expenses paid trip to the UK, where he/she will compete in FameLab International 2010 in June as part of the Cheltenham Science Festival.
