The Arts Centre at ACS proudly presents Richard Alston Dance Company, one of the UK’s most acclaimed contemporary dance companies and we are delighted to invite you to an exciting dance trilogy, which will be presented on 5, 6 and 7 May 2009.

Richard Alston, founder of Richard Alston Dance Company, is internationally recognised as one of the most inspiring and influential choreographers in UK dance. This year marks his 60th birthday and 41 consecutive years of choreography. Formerly Resident Choreographer and Artistic Director of Ballet Rambert (1980-1992), Richard Alston is currently Artistic Director of The Place, a position he has held since 1994.

Richard Alston Dance Company has toured repeatedly in the USA, Europe, South-East Asia, China and Russia, and has won acclaim from audiences and critics alike.
