The Composer's Union brings together composers and performers, vocalists and instrumentalists from Greece and the UK, in projects of original musical fusion. The diversity of the UK music scene can be appreciated by Greek audiences through their own familiar sounds.
With this in mind, we commissioned a musical score from one of Greece’s leading contemporary composers, Periklis Koukos. The composition was performed by the London Symphony Orchestra.
Our partners involved in this concert were the Athens Festival and the London Symphony Orchestra.
