INTERNATIONAL RADIO PLAYWRITING COMPETITION

We have joined forces with the BBC World Service to launch our International Radio Playwriting Competition 2007.

We invite you to write a radio play of about sixty minutes in length on a subject of your choice.

The competition is open to anyone who is not normally a resident of the UK.
The play must be original, unpublished and your own work.
The play may be written in English or translated from the original language into English.

Prizes will be awarded in two categories. Each winner will receive £2,500 sterling and a trip to London to see their play being recorded for broadcast on the BBC World Service. There will be additional prizes.

Closing date for submission of entries: 30 April 2007
