Our Cambridge Seminar on Literature has influenced discussion, performance and debate on literature for over 30 years. The programme will include well-known – as well as innovatory and new – names. Writers confirmed for 2009 so far include: Jim Crace, Jackie Kay, Tony Harrison, John Burnside, Blake Morrison, Marina Warner, Benjamin Zephaniah, David Lodge and Philip Hensher. In bringing together the insight and experiences of writers and participants in a strongly international context, the Cambridge Seminar on Literature offers an unrivalled literary experience in the relaxed surroundings of a Cambridge University College. The target group for the seminar is anyone who is professionally engaged with literature: writers, translators, academics, literary editors and critics, teachers, librarians, broadcasters, literary venue administrators and festival programmers. There are places for up to 45 participants. For further details and to register online, please visit:
