Money
In the United Kingdom we use pounds (£) and pence to buy things. There are 100 pence in a pound. If something is £2.50, we say it is 'two fifty', 'two pounds fifty' or 'two pounds and fifty pence'. With these activities you can practise pounds and pence, practise words for money, or try a quiz. There is a great song for your little brother or sister, and Spycat returns in a story about a bank robbery.
