Ms. Teresah N. Wafullah is an Africa Knowledge Transfer Partnership [AKTP] Associate with MEA Limited in charge of production and marketing of an organic bio-fertilizer (October, 2008 to date). She holds a B Sc. Horticulture (Honors) degree from the Maseno University (January 2002- December 2006). Her duties as an associate are not limited to production only but also line and brand marketing of the organic fertilizer, budget preparation, supplying of customer and ensuring that all customer needs are met. She conducts field trials for the organic fertilizer with various organization, firms and farms to confirm its efficacy in Kenya, Eastern and Central Africa. She has previously volunteered as a Communications Liaison at Afrique Consult a business development and human resource firm (January 2007-August, 2008). Through volunteerism, she has been able to work with various youth groups around Kenya on HIV/ AIDS, stop stigma campaigns. She draws her inspiration from young women around the world and especially across the African continent who struggle each day to become great achievers.
