Dr Rudoloph Young is human resources director for the Higher Colleges of Technology, in the United Arab Emirates, has been a human resources executive in the international financial services, retail, educational and consulting sectors for more than 25 years.  He has worked on strategic HR assignments and cross-cultural executive coaching in the UK, Singapore, Saudi Arabia,  and South Africa. He has a doctorate in organizational psychology and is the co-author of “Managing Information Systems Professionals.”  He has another book pending publication about the profiles of successful expatriate employees.
