Dr Rozilini Fernandez-Chung is the Principal Assistant Director at the Malaysian Qualifications Agency. She is responsible for the development of higher education quality assurance documents and processes. She is involved in numerous committees related to higher education and policies and heads externally funded research projects in higher education policies and practice. She has published extensively on topics of law/policies and quality and spoken and presented papers at numerous conferences and led seminars on law, policy and quality assurance both locally and internationally. She graduated with an LL.B (Hons) from the University of Wales, Cardiff, Masters from Deakin, Australia and a doctorate from University of Leicester on higher education policy.
