Rebecca Loades is Associate Director (Europe, Middle East and Africa) at the Graduate Management Global Connection Ltd, a subsidiary of the Graduate Management Admission Council® (GMAC®). Prior to her appointment, Rebecca worked with GMAC® in a consulting capacity and was involved in a number of projects. The most significant involved working with a task force to produce the GMAC® report, ‘The Future of Graduate Management Education in the Context of the Bologna Accord’. When it was published in 2005, the report provided a unique perspective on the consequences of planned reforms for business education. Rebecca received a Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of Bradford, UK and an MBA from Rotterdam School of Management, Netherlands.
