Carolyn Campbell is Head of International Affairs at the Quality Assurance Agency for Higher Education in the UK. She is responsible for the development and implementation of the Quality Assurance Agency’s international strategy and for managing the international collaboration team.  She is a member of the Advisory Board of the Observatory on Borderless Higher Education and has contributed to UNESCO and OECD developments, as well as publications on cross border education and quality assurance. Carolyn Campbell graduated from University of Glasgow with a Bachelor of Laws and a Masters degree.
