Andrew Williamson joined the Economist Intelligence Unit in 1998. He previously worked in the UK's Diplomatic Service, latterly in the Economic Advisers department at the Foreign & Commonwealth Office, providing economic analysis to the regional departments and government ministers’ private offices.
In his current position as Global Director, Economic Research at the Economist Intelligence Unit, Andrew works closely with the Country Analysis Economics and Country Risk Services teams. He is in charge of executing and commissioning custom research projects for corporate clients around the world.
