Rozilini Chung is the Principal Assistant Director at the Malaysian Qualifications Agency. She read law at the University of Wales Cardiff, has a Masters from Deakin, Australia and a doctoral from the University of Leicester on Malaysian Higher Education policies. She currently is responsible for the development of quality assurance policies, documents and processes. She had carried out research in education policies, leadership accountability in higher education and curriculum development. Currently she is actively involved in numerous committees related to higher education and policies, heads externally funded research projects and is a member of the Worldbank/INQAAHE Taskforce for the development of a professional quality assurance programme. Prior to joining the Agency, Rozilini was with higher education institutions both as administrator and law lecturer, specialising in Company and Business Law for 12 years. She has published extensively and spoken and presented papers at numerous conferences and led seminars on law, policy and quality assurance.
