Noor Raha Mohd Radzuan is head of department at the Centre for Modern Languages & Human Sciences, Universiti Malaysis Pahang. She has also taught EAP/ESP, worked as a principal investigator and has been involved in training and development in both the public and private sectors. Her research interests include development of students' speaking module, oral presentation skills for engineering students, internet-based plagiarism and L2 vocabulary acquisition. Noor received a degree in TESL from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia and a master’s degree in ELT from the University of Nottingham.
