Heather Timm joined the University of Leeds as a Project Officer in January 2007 to work on a National Teaching Fellowship project to research and develop resources to support new international staff at the University. The results of the project led to the launch of www.internationalstaff.org, an innovative national website providing generic and HEI-specific information and guidance for international staff coming to the UK. The site is intended to benefit UK education and support a smooth transition process for new international staff coming to the UK.
