Cambridge Education 2006 – present Framework for monitoring and evaluating a British Council programme. Developing systems which will enable the impact of initiatives designed to widen participation in a large EU funded British Council programme to be evaluated over time 2003 - present DFID Global School Partnerships.

Professional Leader for Cambridge Education Foundation in its role as consortium partner with British Council, VSO, and UKOWLA in the management of DFID Global School Partnerships.

Overall responsibility for the development of accreditation opportunities across the world for teachers engaged in global partnerships.

Working with government agencies and Higher Education Institutions, both in the UK and in southern partnership countries to develop continuing professional development routes for teachers. 2006 – present Impact assessment – school partnerships.

Co-managing a DFID research project on the impact of school partnerships, analysing and evaluating qualitative and quantitative data from UK and southern partnership schools. 2004 - present UK School Inspection.

Team inspector under S5 framework 2005 -present Working with International Schools. Working with failing schools in USA. Reviewing New York City schools: Providing services for British International Schools, e.g. leadership and management models.
