| Omirbayev Serik Maulenovich is Director of the Higher Education Department at the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan. He has previously worked for the National Centre of State Educational Standards and Testing, Eurasian National Gumilvov University, the Cabinet of the Prime Minister of RK and Karaganda Buketov State University. Omirbayev has received numerous awards including Excellence in Education, Appreciation from the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Honourable Education worker of the Republic of Kazakhstan and for the development of science in the Republic of Kazakhstan. Omirbayev has received a Diploma in Finances and Credit, a Diploma in Jurisprudence, Moscow Institute of Finance, Aspirantura in Finances and Candidate of Economic Sciences, Docent. |
