Conversations
These workshops provide space for conversations to take place between teachers involved in school partnerships with global dimension goals. Global school partnerships are between schools in rich and poor parts of the world; and often between countries with colonial connections. The workshops address themes that have emerged during the extensive trialling period and provide practical tools to enable long-term collaboration between schools interested in jointly exploring global dimension goals.
Participants receive a Workbook which can be used again with colleagues to replicate workshop discussions and take these further with colleagues in their own schools and partnerships.

The workshops
For schools starting out:
For schools with established Global School Partnerships:
The workshops have been used and developed by global dimension practitioners and teachers in the UK and in a range of African, Asian and Caribbean countries. In the UK workshops are delivered in collaboration with regional Enabling Effective Support (EES) networks and development education providers.
Teachers can attend some or all of the workshops. The costs of each workshop are being met by DFID Global School Partnerships, and places are free to teachers. Booking is essential.
