Working towards effective, equitable and sustainable partnerships

How can we engage with and build on diversity to enhance our partnerships?  What are the challenges to forming equity-based relationships?  How can we overcome these?

This one-day workshop encourages participants to examine the quality of their school partnership relationship and consider how this can be consolidated and developed further.  The workshop is for staff who have been actively involved in partnerships – particularly those who have visited their partner school and/or hosted visitors.

The workshop explores:

  • the features of a good partnership
  • partnership organisation and management
  • diversity in partnerships
  • challenges to equity and sustainability
