Interaction Leadership Programme
Are you passionate about Africa?

The InterAction Leadership Programme is an innovative programme of learning through great conversations and action in leadership by committed people of all ages that are passionate about Africa.

It enables men and women from all walks of life to engage and deal with the challenges that Africa faces by honouring success and learning from what has worked and is working in Africa. By recognising Africa’s contributions to the world, the “deficit” view of the continent can be challenged, and the hope for the future of Africa can grow.

The programme is facilitated by partnerships between the British Council and a team of pan-African facilitators.

What is the content of the programme?

A wide variety of tools and techniques have been introduced and practiced during the programme: appreciative inquiry, questioning, conflict management, communication and the TICing model, and more. These have been applied in different contexts; within the participants’ spheres of influence and in communities which will deliver the programme.
