The Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) is the world's leading professional marketing organisation. Their site includes information on membership and qualifications. The site is primarily for current CIM members but also has a wealth of marketing resources including case studies and marketing trends. It has 55,000 Members in 130 countries across the globe.
• For anyone over the age of 17 wishing to gain the basic skills in marketing.
• For those who are in junior marketing positions, aspire to a career in marketing or those moving into marketing from other backgrounds. Many of those who enrol will be Marketing Assistants or maybe Personal Assistants.
• For marketers concerned with managing the marketing process at an operational level, as well as those who are looking to build on knowledge gained at Certificate level with a future marketing management role in mind.
• For those who have already gained a significant level of knowledge and/or experience of marketing. The focus is on the strategic aspects of marketing management and the qualification is increasingly seen as a benchmark of your competence at the highest level.
For CIM members there is the Learning Zone which provides past papers, guides tools and recommended reading to help students pass their exams, unfortunately this section is currently unauthorised for non-CIM members.

No local charges will be charged from candidates who do not register with the British Council.
