Download a copy of the application form or pick up a hard copy from either of the Takoradi Workers College or one of our British Council centres.
Make sure you have paid outstanding CIM fees before registering.
Telephone us on the day you want to register for the current exchange rate. You can pay the cedi equivalent of the fees either as a bankers' draft, in cash (acceptable only for payments below two hundred thousand cedis) or with a company cheque made payable to the British Council.
You will then need to visit our centre in Accra or Kumasi on the same day, with the following:

CIM invoice indicating the amount owed, or a photocopy of your CIM I.D. card , or the amount of your outstanding fee in cedis. |
Once you have registered, you will be able to take your exam during one of our exam periods (depending on when you have registered). If you registered through the British Council and have not heard from CIM within eight weeks of the closing date, contact our exam staff. Please bring along proof of identity (your CIM ID card or a notification letter) when coming to take an exam. You will not be allowed into the exam hall without this.
You exam results will be sent to you directly from CIM. If you have not received your results within 4 (four) weeks of the date they are due, please contact CIM directly by e-mail or fax (0044 1628 427499).
