How do you register for the IELTS test?
Our easy three-step guide
Registering for the IELTS test is simple. Follow the steps below to bring you one step closer to your goals.
1. Check with your chosen institution which IELTS module you have to take and check the available dates for the test.
2. Download, print and read the 'IELTS Test Centre Information for Candidates'.

3. Telephone us on the day you want to register (for the daily exchange rate). On the same day, bring your completed IELTS Application Form to your nearest British Council centre (or fill one in when you get here).

Please make sure you bring with you all requirements as stated in the 'IELTS Test Centre Information for Candidates'.
