Different Lives takes a fresh and innovative approach to increasing the number of professional relationships between countries in Africa and the UK. Around 200 people from business communities will participate in international job swaps and contribute to the development of a professional development course in intercultural management with universities in Africa and the UK.
The project aims to challenge perceptions about who we are and explore the issues we face in building our societies in an increasingly connected world. It will focus on professional and personal development, management and leadership.
