TEACHING CENTRE OPENING IN GEORGIA

GENERAL INFORMATION

We are the world's leading provider of high-quality English language courses and we have more than 70 years of teaching experience worldwide. And with more than 100 teaching centres located throughout the world, we are able to draw on a rich and comprehensive resource of training, experience and materials.

For the first time since its foundation in 1993, the British Council in Georgia  opened an English teaching centre for the public in September 2012.

The British Council in Georgia teaching offer currently combines two strands:

•  the ‘Rustaveli Avenue’ branch school providing English classes for the general public in its Rustaveli Avenue premises as well as off-site on organisations’ premises.

•   the ‘ILIA State University’ branch school providing classes on the university premises for undergraduates (the ‘internal’ programme) and for the general public (the ‘external’ programme).

The operations in Rustaveli Avenue and ILIA State University became part of the world-wide network of British Council teaching centres, delivering high quality language teaching to students and adults.
