The British Council now offers a second location for its intensive English courses to children and teenagers. This centre is being opened to meet the increasing demand for our courses and to make them more available to families living on the east side of Paris. The British Council has similar agreements with quality schools in other European countries, but this is the first such partnership in France. We look forward to a long and fruitful affiliation with our new associate: Collège Sainte Clotilde.

What type of English courses are being offered?

For the moment we will be offering our popular young learner holiday class programme, for Secondary School pupils, during the school holidays of February, April and July 2010. Please note that our intensive courses in preparation for the Baccalauréat 2010 will only take place in our centre at Invalides Paris.

Where is the new location?

These intenscive courses, aimed at secondary school pupils  are hosted at Collège Sainte Clotilde,a prestigious school located in the 12th arrondissement of Paris, near to the  RER/metro of Nation & metro Montgallet. This location is intended to provide easier access to our courses for the many families in the east of Paris, with the same teaching quality and service that our customers enjoy at Paris-Invalides.

Please Note: registrations will still take place only at our main location at Invalides.

When do the courses start at Paris Nation?

The first courses will start during the February 2010 school holidays  Once you have downloaded the 2010 programme and chosen your course, you may download the enrolment form and follow the procedures indicated on the intensive English courses page.

What type of teaching methodology will be used?

These courses follow exactly the same course structure as those at “Paris-Invalides” with the same team of teachers, support staff and management.
