What is special about this Festival ?


Clermont Ferrand International Short Film Festival is one of the most important short film festivals in the world. It enjoys audiences of some 130 000 people and parallel to the competition section and market organises themed retrospectives around short films.

A strong British presence in competition at this major festival devoted to international short films with 14 titles in the official selection including 'Dreams and Desires – Family' -  a new animated short from from Joanna Quinn.

Members of British Council London will be running an umbrella stand in the market section of this festival.
