44 artists from 18 countries will perform in Sète on the theme of democracy: both in society and in culture. The festival raises the question: What are we doing? And offers answers through an artform which addresses citizens directly, an artform which reaches out to meet people in their daily surroundings: streets, markets, local districts…

For five days, from morning to night, artists will be performing in many different places, participating artists from the UK include Bill Drummond, John Court, Kevin Henderson, Brian Connolly and Siobhan Mullen.
