seasons
We divide the year into seasons. The seasons are usually based on the weather. If you live in more northern or southern countries then you probably have four seasons: spring, summer, autumn and winter. It is usually warmer in summer, and colder in winter. But in some parts of the world the temperature doesn't change much. If you live nearer the equator you probably have a rainy and a dry season. In some places there are also special seasons, for example, 'hurricane' season. Find out about the seasons with some activities.
