ENGLISH REGIONAL MARKETING MANAGER EU EUROPE

The British Council EU region is looking to recruit an English Regional Marketing Manager EU Europe (Grade E).

Role profile

The English Regional Marketing Manager EU Europe will

			work with Business Development Manager Europe Teaching and Director Examinations Europe to develop an English regional marketing strategy, particularly but not only, in the 9 key business countries (Spain, Portugal, France, Italy, Germany, Greece, Poland, Romania, Czech Republic)
			work with country marketing staff to develop an integrated customer focussed marketing planning process and plans, based on a thorough understanding of the EU target audiences for English, which can be used for action planning, across Exams, Teaching and English projects.
			support the development of strategies, working processes and implementation for the areas of brand management, market research – commissioning and interpretation, complex market and consumer data analysis, media planning and buying, digital campaigns, that increase demand for our products and services and our ability to meet that demand profitably

This is a fixed-term post recruited on local country appointed terms.  The post can be located in any of these countries - Czech Republic, France, Greece, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Romania, and Spain. The post holder will have to be eligible to work in the country of appointment.  Candidates based in any one of these countries would if successful continue working in the country in which they are now working/based.  Candidate based outside any of these countries will be expected to transfer to one of the countries (based on business need) and transfer terms will apply.  The selected candidate is expected to start within one month after accepting the job (if relocation is needed to be done within three months of start of the job.)
