	Partnership strategic developments

We have initiated a number of reviews focusing on various areas of Education UK Partnership activity. We would like to keep Partnership members aware of the developments taking place and the different ways in which we are implementing change within the Partnership. There are a number of ways in which members will be able to get involved (e.g. by joining working groups and practitioner panels) and this will enable us to continue delivering collaborative approaches to progress our work in the future.

Further education strategy

One of our main areas of focus in 2009 has been to develop our services to better meet the needs of the UK’s further education sector.

Celebrating Customer Service Week 2009

The Education UK Partnership team joined in the celebrations of Customer Service Week, which took place in October 2009.

The purpose of this review is to establish the level, quality and consistency of service delivery at core and country Partnership levels, and to identify any gaps that need filling.

New Partnership services for
boarding schools

The Education UK Partnership has launched a range of new services designed to help boarding schools recruit international students.

Key Performance Indicators

We've developed a balanced scorecard to evaluate the Partnerships' performance from the view of Partnership member institutions and the British Council.

We are currently undertaking a strategic review of our exhibitions, to ensure that we continue to deliver world class exhibitions.
