The Education UK Partnership is committed to improving the level of service that we offer to our members.
Over the last two years, we have been working with Accelerator Solutions Ltd to evaluate the quality of customer service we provide in delivering our menu of services.
Published in January 2008, the 'Partnership Insight' report incorporated the views of over 50 per cent of all members and highlighted positive aspects of the service members receive, as well as areas for improvement:

The report has informed our future business planning and we are using it to take forward improvements.
In October 2008, we carried out an interim study, Instant insight. We are now working again with Accelerator to gather members' feedback for the 2009 Partnership Insight Review so that we can monitor our progress.
