In April 2007, we commissioned a report to evaluate the quality of customer service we provide in delivering the Education UK Partnership menu of services.

Carried out independently by Accelerator Solutions Ltd, the complete report is now available:

The evaluation focuses on our delivery approach and communication of the availability of the services, rather than the actual services being offered, although it is impossible to differentiate customer service delivery from the actual service content completely. This will help us hone our efforts strategically.

The evaluation excludes the market intelligence and research services, as this part of the menu has already been audited. Work on exhibitions is subject to a separate strategic review, currently underway.

This evaluation has informed our future business planning and we are using it to take forward improvements. We will monitor our progress using the key performance indicators and qualitative research methods used by Accelerator on a rolling basis.
