Before registering your interest in joining the Education UK Partnership, please check that your institution meets the Partnership eligibility criteria.

The British Council charges a non-refundable application fee to all new applicants, whether their application to join the Partnership is successful or not:

  • Boarding schools: GBP 98.00 plus VAT
  • All other institutions: GBP 350.00 plus VAT

The application fee is in addition to the Partnership subscription rates.

To submit your membership registration, please use the form below.

On receipt of your registration, the following will happen:

Boarding schools
A member of the Partnership team will contact you to arrange payment of the application fee and to discuss meeting with you in person to discuss your requirements in more detail. We will also send you an application form to complete and return to us with more details about your school.

After checking your eligibility and discussing your needs with you, we will send confirmation of your membership status in writing and, if you are successful, send you a signed Letter of Agreement and a guide to the services available to you. You will also receive your Partnership website login details, enabling you to access on-line Partnership-exclusive information.

All other institutions
A member of the Partnership team will contact you to arrange payment of the application fee. Once this has been received, we will check your details against our eligibility criteria and inform you whether your application has been successful or not.

Successful applicants will then be sent an application pack. As subscription rates are based on international student numbers, prospective members are asked to provide the total number of non-EU international students for the previous academic year. Some independent institutions may also be asked to provide confirmation of their required accreditation.

On receipt of the returned application pack, we will send you a signed Letter of Agreement confirming your membership status. You will also receive your Partnership website login details, enabling you to access on-line Partnership-exclusive information.
