A joint meeting of the Operating and Executive Boards took place on 18 October 2011.

The Boards are responsible for arranging appropriate consultative meetings during the course of each year and deciding which subscribing institutions will be invited to attend any one of them.

Each consultative meeting will be chaired by a Board member, and one member of staff from the British Council will be present to take minutes |

The meetings will be consultative in keeping the Governing Boards in touch with the constituency and collecting and disseminating views on Education UK Partnership policy matters |

The Boards will establish working panels as and when necessary to perform specific tasks on behalf of the Board |
|
|
|
Director Education UK Partnership will be a member of each of the working panels, though they may delegate attendance to other members of the British Council staff from time to time. It will remain the responsibility of Director Education UK Partnership to report on the business of the working panels to the Boards |
