Attendance and cost

Institutions
Partnership subscription covers the cost of one delegate from each member institution to attend the Partnership Conference and annual dinner. Additional delegates from your institution are welcome to attend at the following rates:

Full delegate rate: GBP 420 + VAT
Includes two day conference attendance and annual dinner
Partnership Conference two day pass, 2 and 3 December 2009: GBP 350 + VAT
Partnership Conference one day pass, 2 or 3 December 2009: GBP 195 + VAT
Annual dinner , 2 December 2009: GBP 70 + VAT


British Council representatives
Representatives from all British Council offices are invited to attend. The cost of attendance is the same as listed above for institutions. Further details about pre-conference staff seminars and workshops will be available on the British Council intranet.


Terms and conditions
Payment schedule
Invoices will be issued approximately six weeks before the Conference and we require payment within 30 days of the invoice date.

Cancellation fees
Cancellation fees will be charged for withdrawal from the Conference at 100 per cent of the delegate rate if withdrawals are received on or after Thursday 22 October 2009. Notice of withdrawal must be given in writing; if faxed or sent by e-mail, the original should follow by post.

No shows
If the delegate who has accepted the complimentary delegate pass does not notify the Partnership that they are not attending all or part of the conference by or on Wednesday 21 October 2009, we reserve the right to charge the institution the full cancellation fees.

Rates
Delegate rates for the Conference include all day access to the event, available conference papers, buffet lunch and refreshments. Rates do not include travel costs or accommodation. Please note that the full and the daily delegate packages cannot be shared between delegates; all delegates are required to register separately.
