The Partnership Conference was immediately followed by the Going Global 3 conference, at the same venue. There was an opening reception on the evening of 3 December 2008, followed by two full conference days on 4 and 5 December 2008.

Delegates from Partnership member institutions attending Going Global 3 received a discount of GBP 100.
