With increased interest in UK pre-university programmes from Vietnamese students and the success of past events, we are organising a Pathway to University Mission in Hanoi, Haiphong and Ho Chi Minh City (Haiphong is 100 kilometres north of Hanoi and the third biggest city for the UK market in Vietnam).
Designed to be an information fair for students and parents to explore access to UK universities, the event is open to all UK education institutions which provide courses leading up to UK degrees, including A-level, IB, international foundation, HND and foundation degrees.
The event will give participating institutions the opportunity to:
- raise their profile and recruit international students
- develop and forge links with local schools
- network with local education agents
- enhance understanding of the local market.

- two tables and four chairs for exhibitors
- PR campaign in newspapers, magazines and e-bulletin
- advertising campaign in newspapers, magazines, and websites
- promotional items (invitations, banners, posters, gifts for visitors)

Stand sharing is available at a premium of 20 per cent on the cost of participation. A maximum of two schools may share a stand.
Please note that the participation fee does not include international or domestic travel, accommodation, subsistence or freight, except where stated.
The participation fees stated above incorporate a 'credit crunch' contingency and are the maximum that participants will be charged. If this additional contingency is not called upon, participants will be invoiced for less than the maximum fee.
Participants are encouraged to bring along their promotional materials for distribution and for their stands.
Institutions may appoint an agent from the British Council Vietnam supported agent network to accompany them at the event or British Council Vietnam can recommend an agent or hire an interpreter for you at your request.
If you are being represented by an agency, please make certain that the selected agency represents your school only and no others, to ensure that your school has the quality representation it deserves.
Please note that there should be no more than two representatives at each stand.
