The participation fee includes:

  • venue hire at hotels ;
  • venue support fee for exhibitions at high schools;
  • two tables and four chairs for exhibitors;
  • PR campaign in newspapers, magazines, television and e-bulletin;
  • advertising campaign in newspapers, magazines, and websites ;
  • promotional items (invitations, street banners, flyers, posters, gifts for  visitors);
  • Exhibition Directory with advertising space for each exhibitor;
  • dinner reception with Principals of high schools and local education agents;
  • hire of interpreters;
  • other administration and stationery fees.

Stand sharing is available at a premium of 20 per cent on the cost of participation.

Please note that the participation fee does not include international or domestic travel, accommodation, subsistence or freight, except where stated.


Aims
In addition to the generic aims of all Education UK Exhibitions, the aims of this event are to:

  • generate interest in the wide range of pathways to university study options (some are cheaper and easier/more accessible than others) leading to degree programmes;
  • raise awareness of the UK FE sector as a low cost, value for money option;
  • increase the number of successful student applications to the UK at FE level as a result of the exhibition;
  • enable FE colleges to explore partnership opportunities with local vocational training colleges in teacher training and curriculum development;
  • raise the awareness of a wider profile of the FE sector within the Vietnam market.

  • HNDs, foundation degree and undergraduate degree programmes

  • English language courses

Visas are required for UK passport holders. Other passport holders should check with their travel agent or contact the Consulate or Embassy of the country they plan to visit.


Freight
The deadlines for freight collection by our recommended freight handler are:

  • Sea freight: 16 March 2007
  • Air freight: 13 April 2007

The participation fee does not include freight costs and these are the responsibility of the participating institution.
