The participation fee includes:
- Venue hire;
- 9 square metres stand, fascia board, one table and two chairs;
- PR campaign: on national radio and television stations, advertising campaign in public, private universities and high-schools, four advertisements in national newspapers;
- Invitations sent to British Council Venezuela contacts database;
- Welcome lunch;
- Miniferia on 17 October 2006, from 0900 to 1200, to network and have private talks with representatives from main national universities;
- Refreshments during the event.
Stand sharing is available at a premium of 20 per cent on the cost of participation.
Please note that the participation fee does not include international or domestic travel, accommodation, subsistence or freight, except where stated.

Sea freight is not available for this event.
The participation fee does not include freight costs and these are the responsibility of the participating institution.
